A story that began on August 17, 2006, the love and passion for Mexico and its cuisine led us to embark on a wonderful adventure. The work, enthusiasm, and commitment have made it possible for us to feel great satisfaction in what we offer, thanks especially to the appreciation and trust that our customers have shown us over time. We, then, decided on March 21, 2013, to open Il Covo del Ribelle in Rosà, a second restaurant where you can taste our dishes and our cocktails in an environment that is friendly and pleasant, especially thanks to its relaxing summer garden and its cozy location.
Driven by the desire to improve ourselves, in August 2015 DON JOSÉ ALIMENTARIA Srl was born, a factory built with one main objective: to make the famous flour tortillas according to the Mexican tradition. To achieve this goal, we have purchased the machinery for production directly from Villamex in Guadalajara, Mexico. This allows us to make the product as authentic as possible. Continuous market research has also allowed us to establish contacts with local producers to import typical Mexican products, ranging from sauces and beers all the way up to the famous tequila and mezcal.
